How we work
The same five stages on every engagement, whether it is a two-week customization or a multi-site rollout. You always know which stage you are in and what is expected of your team.
Discovery
We sit with each department and record how the work is done today, including the workarounds nobody documents. Nothing is configured until this is written down and agreed.
Blueprint
You receive a written scope: modules, integrations, data, timeline, and cost. Phase one is frozen at this point so the project has a finish line.
Build
Configuration and any custom development happen on a staging database. Your process owners review each area as it is completed rather than at the end.
Go-Live
A planned cutover with data loaded and reconciled, users trained on their own screens, and our team available through the first operating cycle.
Support
Ongoing functional and technical support, enhancements, and version maintenance. The same consultants who built the system are the ones who answer the phone.
Work on systems that businesses actually run on.
We are a small team, which means the person who scopes a project is usually the person who builds it and the person the client calls afterwards. There is no layer between you and the work.
Most of what we do is functional as much as technical. You will spend time on factory floors, at billing counters, and in accounts departments understanding how a business works before you touch a configuration screen.

You lead your own modules and speak directly to the client, from the first workshop through to go-live.

We fund functional and technical certification, and give you time during the week to study for it.

Own delivery across concurrent projects: scope, schedule, client communication, and the health of each go-live.
